Are you an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician with a passion for providing top-notch service and maintenance? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will have a hands-on role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems in various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
1. Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing systems across various construction projects.
2. Performing routine checks and maintenance to ensure HVAC systems are functioning efficiently.
3. Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HVAC systems, including boilers and chillers, and providing timely and effective solutions.
4. Responding to emergency HVAC calls and providing immediate repair or maintenance services.
5. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures in all tasks.
6. Collaborating with construction teams to integrate HVAC systems into building designs.
7. Providing recommendations for HVAC system upgrades and enhancements.
8. Maintaining accurate records of all HVAC system installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5+ years of Commercial HVAC experience.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing.
3. Proven experience in servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems, including boilers and chillers.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues promptly.
5. Strong knowledge of safety standards and procedures in the HVAC industry.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
8. Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
9. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
10. A valid driver's license.
