Our organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Food Production Manager to join our New Product / Culinary team. This is an incredible opportunity for a professional with a culinary arts background to influence and shape the future of our menu options. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to optimize our food production, improve our product offerings, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial food production facilities, ensuring that all processes align with our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for expanding our product offerings and penetrating new markets.
• Conduct regular audits of our food production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Provide expert advice on the latest food production techniques, equipment, and trends to keep our company at the forefront of the industry.
• Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new recipes and refine existing ones, always striving for exceptional taste and presentation.
• Develop and manage budgets for food production operations, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to food safety, health, and hygiene.
• Train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial food production management.
• In-depth knowledge of food production techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful food production strategies.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, clients, and partners.
