Our company, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced CNC Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our Computer Numerical Control (CNC) operations. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about manufacturing, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys leading a team to success.
Responsibilities:
As a CNC Supervisor, your core responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Supervising the CNC department and ensuring smooth operations.
2. Setting up and operating CNC machines and ensuring their proper maintenance.
3. Training and guiding CNC operators and ensuring they adhere to safety procedures and quality standards.
4. Monitoring the production process and making necessary adjustments to ensure products meet specifications.
5. Collaborating with other departments to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
6. Identifying and implementing strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
7. Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
8. Regularly reviewing and updating CNC programming as necessary.
9. Ensuring compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
10. Responding to any issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the CNC Supervisor position, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of CNC setup and operation.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Strong understanding of quality control standards and safety regulations.
7. Proficient in using computer software for CNC programming.
8. Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and designs.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
