Responsibilities:

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will:

1. Design, develop and implement cloud-based solutions to meet business needs and improve system performance.
2. Lead our cloud migration initiatives, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to new platforms.
3. Develop and deploy microservices and serverless architectures to enhance application scalability and reliability.
4. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform to automate infrastructure management.
5. Develop and execute disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity and data protection.
6. Collaborate with the DevOps team to streamline CI/CD pipelines and improve software delivery processes.
7. Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies, continually improving our cloud infrastructure strategy.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Cloud Infrastructure Engineer position will have:

1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, preferably in the finance industry.
3. Proven experience with Azure, AWS, Terraform, and other cloud technologies.
4. Strong knowledge of cloud migration strategies and disaster recovery planning.
5. Experience with microservices and serverless architectures.
6. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD practices.
7. Familiarity with InfraOps and DevOps methodologies.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
9. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
