Job Details:

We are on the hunt for an experienced and dedicated Permanent Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team in the technology industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing, developing, and optimizing our cloud-based platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to utilize their skills in AWS DevOps Engineering, Docker, Cloud Engineering, infrastructure-as-code, DevOps Engineering, Kubernetes, Chef, Puppet, and Ansible. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a passion for innovation and technology.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Cloud Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Designing, building, and maintaining cloud-based platforms using AWS DevOps Engineering, Docker, and Kubernetes.
2. Implementing infrastructure-as-code for service provisioning and maintaining infrastructure.
3. Collaborating with the development team to streamline software delivery and infrastructure changes.
4. Using DevOps tools such as Chef, Puppet, and Ansible to automate and streamline operations and processes.
5. Troubleshooting complex cloud-based environments and resolving critical issues in a timely manner.
6. Ensuring the security, stability, and scalability of cloud-based services.
7. Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of cloud-based systems.
8. Keeping abreast of emerging cloud technologies and applying them to improve our systems.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Cloud Engineer position must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience with AWS DevOps Engineering, Docker, Cloud Engineering, infrastructure-as-code, DevOps Engineering, Kubernetes, Chef, Puppet, and Ansible.
3. Strong knowledge of cloud architectures, services, and best practices.
4. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Perl.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud-based environments.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
