This position serves as the front-line contact for investors seeking information about securities lawsuits that our firm is investigating. The ideal candidate will engage with investors, discuss case investigations and new cases, screen potential clients, and maintain a database of client contacts and prospects.

Job Details
Act as the first point of contact for investors inquiring about securities lawsuits.
Engage with investors to discuss the firm’s case investigations, new cases, and the investor's experience with relevant companies.
Screen potential clients for qualifications and suitability for representation.
Schedule appointments for qualified candidates to speak with attorneys.
Maintain an accurate and organized database of client contacts and prospects.
Stay informed about developments in the public markets and investing to effectively communicate with investors.
Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to provide exceptional service to clients.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by the firm.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the public markets and investing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with investors in a friendly and outgoing manner.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the firm.
