The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all stages of civil construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in line with safety regulations. Responsibilities

As a Civil Sitework Superintendent, your primary duties will include:

1. Overseeing all aspects of civil construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution of work.
2. Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
3. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors.
4. Reviewing work progress on a daily basis and making necessary adjustments.
5. Ensuring adherence to quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
6. Complying with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
7. Anticipating and mitigating issues related to the project.
8. Conducting site inspections to ensure conformance with design specifications and building codes.
9. Communicating with clients, construction professionals, and public stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to satisfaction.
10. Implementing comprehensive safety plans and ensuring all site activities adhere to these guidelines.

Qualifications

To be the successful candidate for the Civil Sitework Superintendent role, you must possess the following:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry, specifically with civil sitework projects.
2. Proven track record of successfully overseeing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
3. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
4. Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to direct and manage personnel and subcontractors.
5. Strong understanding of construction operations and processes.
