Responsibilities:

As a Civil Site Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and overseeing all facets of the construction project from design to completion.
• Developing and implementing project work plans and reviewing as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Conducting site design, stormwater management, storm drainage design, and erosion control tasks.
• Overseeing water & sanitary sewer projects, grading, permitting, and subdivision layout.
• Performing earthwork calculations and utilizing software like AutoCAD and Civil 3D in site development.
• Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Monitoring project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization.
• Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities.
• Managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-10+ years of experience in civil site design and construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
• Strong knowledge of stormwater management, storm drainage design, erosion control, water & sanitary sewer, grading, permitting, and subdivision layout.
• Exceptional project management and team leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A valid professional engineer's license is preferred.
