Job Details:
We are in search of a dedicated, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Project Manager - Civil to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution. This role will involve working closely with various teams and stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with particular expertise in public works, underground utilities, and grading and paving.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all stages of project life cycles, ensuring that projects are completed within the stipulated time and budget.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies.
3. Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Supervise the construction process, ensuring that all work is carried out according to the project plan and complies with industry standards and regulations.
5. Handle the management of underground utilities such as sewer, water, and storm drain systems.
6. Oversee grading and paving work, ensuring that it is done accurately and efficiently.
7. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients, highlighting project progress, challenges, and solutions.
8. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline and budget.
9. Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe and secure manner.
10. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the construction industry, implementing them as and when required.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or Construction Management (BSCM) is required.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on public works, underground utilities, and grading and paving.
3. Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale civil construction projects, from planning to execution.
4. Proficient in using project management software and other relevant tools.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle project challenges effectively.
7. In-depth understanding of construction industry standards and regulations.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to report project progress to senior management and clients.
9. Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Strong commitment to safety, ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe and secure manner.
