Civil Litigation Defense Attorney

We are representing a civil litigation defense firm based in Kansas City, MO. With over 15+ practice areas, the firm is rapidly growing and looking to add an Attorney to their Insurance Defense team!

Represent the firm’s insurance company clients and their insureds, and corporate clients, in all facets of civil litigation. Conduct legal research, negotiation, and prepare pleadings, discovery, and motions. Manage cases independently and as a part of the case team.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Missouri or Kansas state bar with the other to be completed after hire
• Prior experience in civil litigation/insurance defense work
