Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation files from inception through trial.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent our clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Provide legal advice on general insurance coverage matters.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Tennessee Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Proficient in general insurance coverage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
