Job Title: Civil Litigation Attorney
Compensation: $100k-$140k/year, can be more flexible depending on experience
Additional Compensation: The firm also pays a referral fee for cases brought in, whether the attorney works it or not
Location: North Miami Beach, Florida (100% on-site)

A well-established mid-size law firm in North Miami Beach, is seeking a full-time associate for a Civil Litigation position. The associate will be responsible for all aspects of the client’s case including drafting pleadings and motions, legal research, discovery, and attendance at court hearings, mediations, and trials.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in Civil Litigation; Family Law is a plus.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• Proven ability to manage a large caseload and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
