**Responsibilities:**

• Understand project schedule, aiding in achieving milestones.
• Lead on-site Team and Subcontractors.
• Coordinate and oversee site work with a safety-first approach.
• Manage construction sites, ensuring adherence to plans and safety codes.
• Enforce employee schedules and construction timelines.
• Document costs to stay within budget.
• Provide daily updates to clients and attend meetings.
• Develop construction plans based on blueprints and client instructions.
• Ensure on-site safety compliance.
• Schedule appropriate heavy equipment and order materials.
• Maintain equipment and records.
• Monitor project schedule and communicate with Project Managers.
• Ensure site cleanliness and compliance.
• QA/QC disposal materials and communicate changes to Project Managers.
• Mentor team members and resolve on-site issues.
• Build client relationships for future projects.

**Requirements:**

• High School Diploma or equivalent, additional education preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• HAZWOPER certification or ability to obtain.
• Adherence to company safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to strategize with Project Management for successful outcomes.
• Detail-oriented with construction means and methods knowledge.
• Proficient in reading plans and specifications.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment and grading techniques.
• Experience in trenching, excavation, grading, and environmental remediation.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience.
