Job Details

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 8+ years of civil engineering experience, PE
  • AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency
  • Civil site and drainage design experience
  • Single family, townhome and multi-family residential development project experience
  • Professional office and industrial/warehouse development project experience
  • Permitting experience in Central Florida with city and county agencies
  • Paving, grading, drainage, water, sewer and utility design experience
  • Construction administration, observation and certification experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Civil engineering design, permitting and project management
  • Land development site design analysis, scheduling, financial and material resources management, leading internal teams and coordinating meetings and calls with clients and subconsultants
