REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of civil engineering experience; Project Manager with Design capabilities, ideally Baltimore County & Baltimore City experience
• AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project management & design for land development civil engineering projects
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineering team, etc.
• Design and draft civil engineering plans from conceptual design through construction administration; Assist with surveying, land planning & zoning, permitting, landscape architecture
• Hydraulic calculations, Erosion and Sediment Control Design, stormwater management, grading, sewer & treatment facility design, site plans, subdivision design, parking lot design, utility, water main
