We are in search of a Civil Engineering Manager to join our Power Business Unit's Civil and Environmental Business Sector. We are a reputable engineering firm expanding its presence in the Mid-Atlantic region, focusing on Energy, Institutional, Industrial, and Manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate will foster client relationships, manage staff, and provide expertise across multi-discipline projects. This role offers flexible work arrangements and a sign-on bonus for direct applicants.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead business development efforts, including proposal development and project planning.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of services and market them effectively.
• Serve as a primary seller/doer for the Civil and Environmental Business Sector.
• Provide design, management, and technical oversight on civil components of projects.
• Ensure successful project execution by leading teams and monitoring project costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 15 years of Civil Engineering experience.
• 10 years of experience managing project teams.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.

Preferred: Licensure in other states or NCEES registration, existing client relationships.
