We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. As a Lead Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, including site development, roadway design, and stormwater mitigation. You must have a deep understanding of Autocad, Auto Desk Civil 3D, and other related software. You must also possess a Professional Engineer license or an EIT. This is a permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and construction of various projects, including site development, roadway design, and stormwater mitigation.
• Create and review plans, drawings, and specifications for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers and technicians on the team.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Perform calculations and analysis to ensure the feasibility and safety of projects.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer license is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in underground utility, routing, commercial grading, site development, site design, and roadway design.
• Proficiency in Autocad, Auto Desk Civil 3D, and other related software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
