Job Details

REQUIREMENTS:

0-4+ years of experience in land development, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, EIT or pursuing completion of FE exam
AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Civil engineering designs, technical calculations & reports, construction documents, specifications, entitlement documents, & permit applications for residential subdivisions, commercial & industrial developments, multifamily developments, and other private land development projects
Designs related to water systems, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and roadway improvements
Site analysis, material and code research
Assists with AutoCad Civil 3D drawings for schematic, design development, and construction documents
