Job Details:

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will play a key role in shaping the future of our engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with particular expertise in site and land development. Proficiency in Civil3D is essential. The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience and will be expected to manage a variety of projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Civil Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Designing, planning, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
2. Conducting on-site investigations to ensure that projects are carried out according to the approved plans.
3. Using Civil3D to develop detailed designs and plans for various engineering projects.
4. Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other professionals to ensure that project goals are met.
5. Preparing reports, designs, and drawings, making calculations about loads and stresses.
6. Managing budgets and project resources, ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
7. Ensuring all projects are completed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
8. Providing advice and resolving creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies during project execution.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Civil Engineer position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in site development/general civil.
3. Proficiency in Civil3D or equivalent software.
4. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, techniques, and procedures.
5. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.
