M.E. Sack Engineering is actively seeking a self motivated and qualified Civil Engineer to join its winning team! This person has to have the ability to work within a rapidly expanding company and market. Duties will entail working as or under a project manager to complete engineering projects ranging from water systems, sewer transportation and treatment systems, drainage, roadway and traffic as well as site and subdivision design.

Responsibilities:
As a Civil Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing detailed designs for water systems, sewer, drainage, roadway, and subdivision projects.

4. Collaborating with project managers and other engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
5. Applying expert knowledge of design principles and practices in civil engineering.
6. Providing technical guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
7. Addressing problems and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
8. Ensuring all designs and projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Civil Engineer position should possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on water systems, sewer, drainage designs, roadway design, and subdivision design.
3. Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
4. Proficiency in using civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
5. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
9. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
