Responsibilities:

• Aiding in project management tasks.
• Collaborating within an engineering and drafting team dedicated to infrastructure projects.
• Executing engineering calculations, designs, cost estimates, and specifications.
• Participating in planning and public gatherings.
• Preparing for and participating in client presentations.
• Contributing to the development of plans and reports.
• Guiding and supervising junior engineers and drafters.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a B.S. in Civil Engineering (An M.S. is highly advantageous).
• A Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas (with experience in the Department of Transportation and municipal work considered a bonus).
• A minimum of 4 years of engineering design experience.
• Proficiency in utilizing the latest editions of Microstation and/or AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• A strong foundation in technical design.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• A paramount commitment to providing exceptional client service, along with expertise in specific technical areas and a proactive mindset.
