Responsibilities:

As a Civil Engineer Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Using AutoCAD Civil 3D to create detailed designs and plans.
3. Collaborating with a team of engineers, architects, and construction professionals to deliver high-quality results.
4. Conducting site inspections and surveys to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
5. Managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors, ensuring all parties are kept informed of project progress and any changes in plans or schedules.
6. Identifying and resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle.
7. Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
8. Continually monitoring and evaluating project progress to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Civil Engineer Project Manager position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of three years' experience in a civil engineering role.
3. Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
5. Demonstrated experience managing civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
6. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. A keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
10. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
11. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary.
