Are you passionate about creating innovative solutions to solve complex engineering problems? If so, we are looking for a Permanent Civil Engineer - PM with PE to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from site development to residential subdivisions design, zoning analysis, utility design & layout, and stormwater management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in various engineering software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Revit.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Civil Engineer - PM with PE, you will be responsible for the following:

• Planning, designing, and managing civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Developing detailed designs for site development, residential subdivisions, and utility layouts using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Revit.
• Conducting comprehensive zoning analysis to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Managing and coordinating with teams of engineers, designers, and drafters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implementing innovative stormwater management solutions to protect and enhance our environment.
• Preparing and presenting detailed reports and project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need the following:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site development, residential subdivisions design, zoning analysis, utility design & layout, and stormwater management.
• A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Revit.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• A strong commitment to health and safety, with a proven track record of adhering to and promoting safe work practices.
