Responsibilities:
1. The development and execution of engineering designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
2. Managing all aspects of land development projects, including grading, drainage, and utility design.
3. Producing detailed plans and documents for construction projects.
4. Implementing erosion control measures and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
5. Providing dimensional control for construction projects.
6. Troubleshooting and resolving engineering issues that arise during the construction process.
7. Coordinating with project managers, architects, and other engineering professionals to ensure project success.
8. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in civil engineering technology.

Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
2. A valid Texas Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering design and plan production.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
5. Extensive knowledge of land development, grading, drainage, and utility design.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
8. A commitment to maintaining high safety standards and a clean work environment.
9. The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
