Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the design and construction of aviation projects, including runways, taxiways, aprons, and other airport facilities.
2. Develop and review engineering designs, plans, and specifications for aviation infrastructure projects.
3. Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
4. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.
5. Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
7. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met.
8. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, and other professionals to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
9. Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. A minimum of 4 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on aviation projects.
3. Proven experience with aviation infrastructure projects.
4. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
5. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and methods, particularly in relation to aviation projects.
6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex engineering challenges.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
9. Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS.
