Civil Construction Survey Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Civil Construction Survey Manager to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of civil construction surveys, including planning, execution, and finalization.
• Utilize AutoCAD, GIS, and Trimble Business Center Software to design, manage, and analyze survey data.
• Coordinate with finance and project management teams to ensure accurate cost estimations and budgeting for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all survey and construction processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to survey teams, assisting in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
• Develop detailed reports on survey findings, presenting data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely project completion, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate survey equipment and technologies, recommending upgrades or new acquisitions as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in civil construction surveying.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and Trimble Business Center Software is a must.
