Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists, ensuring that all projects are carried out according to design and specifications.
3. Manage and supervise construction teams, providing leadership, guidance, and motivation to ensure productivity and performance.
4. Monitor project progress, addressing potential issues or delays, and implementing effective solutions.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, conducting regular site inspections and audits.
6. Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other industry professionals.
8. Manage project budget and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
3. Proven experience in project management and construction management.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues effectively.
5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
7. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
8. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
9. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) will be an advantage.
10. Must be willing to travel to various construction sites as required.
