Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Civil Construction Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing all stages of the project lifecycle, including project planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
2. Developing comprehensive project plans, including detailed cost estimates, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
3. Coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure that the project remains on track.
5. Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
6. Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks and issues.
7. Providing regular project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
8. Ensuring that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
9. Managing project budgets and controlling project costs.
10. Resolving any project-related disputes or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Permanent Civil Construction Project Manager, you should have:

1. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the civil construction industry.
3. Proven experience in civil construction estimation and commercial construction.
4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
5. Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project-related issues effectively.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
