Job Details:
We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to join our innovative Engineering firm. This is a permanent role where you will be responsible for managing a variety of civil construction projects from conception to completion. You will be working closely with a team of skilled professionals and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in civil engineering project management.

Responsibilities:
As a Civil Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle, including conception, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of civil construction projects.
2. Developing comprehensive project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
3. Coordinating and collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
4. Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
5. Resolving any issues or delays that may affect the project timelines or quality.
6. Preparing and presenting project proposals, reports, and findings to senior management and stakeholders.
7. Managing project resources, including procuring materials and manpower, and ensuring optimal utilization.
8. Implementing risk management processes and conducting risk assessments to mitigate potential risks.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Civil Construction Project Manager role should have the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing civil construction projects.
3. Proficient in project management software and scheduling tools.
4. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and industry regulations.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Superior problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
9. Must be willing to travel to construction sites as needed.
