Job Details

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 0-5+ years in civil engineering land development; Associate degree or higher in drafting technology, civil engineering, or related field
  • AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Draft and design in AutoCad Civil 3D; Preparation of Improvement Plans including setup and development for construction
  • Computer input of layout, utility, grading plans, profiles, general notes and details
  • Projects and clients include land developers and builders in the areas of single/multi-family housing, retail, office, and industrial
  • Services offered for civil engineering land development, infrastructure design, and construction document preparation for roads, parking areas, storm drainage systems, stormwater management facilities, utilities-water mains, sanitary sewers, sediment and erosion control
