We strive for this goal through family counseling, residential programs, clinical programs and other initiatives to ensure that the families and most importantly the children of our communities are served. Position Overview: Along with the CEO, the CFO is responsible for leading the organization to our long term goals and ensuring that there is a strategic plan along the way. The CFO will oversee the financial, accounting, and IT departments.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee all financial activities
• Financial analysis and reporting
• Prepare financial statements
• Create forecasts and maintain budget
• Manage accounting function in accordance with GAAP
• Establish and maintain financial policies and controls
• Responsible for treasury function
• Oversee IT
• Manage tangible assets and mitigate risk
• Participate in activities that further our mission in the community
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 5+ years Controller or above experience
• Non-Profit industry experience
• Strong US GAAP knowledge
• Proven leadership experience
• Financial Reporting and Analysis
