Chief Estimator

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Head Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating costs for multifamily housing and historical renovations projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the full life cycle of projects, from initial conception to final completion. The Estimator will work closely with a team of professionals, including architects, engineers, and construction managers, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily housing and historical renovations projects, including material, labor, equipment, and other related costs.
2. Review architectural drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to develop cost-effective design solutions.
4. Analyze subcontractor bids and vendor quotes to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
5. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on cost estimates and budget status.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 12 years of experience in estimating, specifically in multifamily housing, historical renovations and Churches
2. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
3. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and costs.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
