This ML technology can automate, optimize and revolutionize critical business needs for clients in just about any industry or vertical. We're taking this solution to the next level to build innovative Greenfield projects that are fueled by our AI and ML, and target a few niche sectors that have clear and undeniable needs for innovation.

The Chief Architect is a maker and visionary that is passionate about the toughest technical challenges and thrives navigating intricate systems. This project is completely Greenfield, so the Chief Architect must be someone who can take a concept, find the right tools and solutions to build an elegant architecture from the ground up. You bring a founders mentality to your work, take ownership over projects with relentless effort and deep technical expertise. We want someone that has done this before with a track record of leveraging the latest AI and ML tools to create amazing products.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision: Identify & select key technologies that’ll enable us to move faster
• Build the system: Design & build a cutting-edge architecture from the ground up
• Bridge AI: Collaborate closely with the research & product team to effectively bridge the gap
• Balance: Strike the important balance between speed & taking on undesired technical debt.
• Prioritize security: Ensure the system is fault tolerant & secure, even at the expense of latency or cost at scale.
• Implement: Integrate state-of-the-art AI & ML models into the architecture to enable intelligent decision-making
• Data Integrity: Design & implement robust data pipelines, storage systems, & security measures ensuring the safety of sensitive data.

Required skills & qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with a proven track record of designing and building complex, scalable systems from the ground up.
• Deep expertise in system design, data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices
• Polyglot with expertise in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Rust, Java, C++)
• Experience with agile development methodologies and the ability to balance speed with code quality and technical debt.
• Experience with security best practices and the ability to design systems that prioritize data integrity, confidentiality, and availability.

Preferred skills & qualifications

• Extensive experience with AI & ML, including the ability to integrate models &techniques into production systems.
• No stranger to knowledge graphs, semantic networks, and other innovative data structures
• Contributions to open-source projects, research publications, or relevant patents
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
