We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Permanent CFO to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a financial expert who is passionate about strategic planning, financial management, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, construction, and supply, and will be responsible for providing financial leadership, creating strategic financial plans, and making critical decisions that will promote long-term financial growth.

Responsibilities:

As the Permanent CFO, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Developing and implementing strategic financial plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.
3. Managing financial risks and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
4. Collaborating with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding company policy and strategy.
5. Providing leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
6. Evaluating and managing relationships with banking, insurance, and non-organizational accounting personnel.
7. Working closely with project managers to review contracts and cost estimates, ensuring the financial viability of projects.
8. Analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses, and proposing corrective actions.
9. Keeping abreast of trends and regulations in the construction industry to ensure the company's financial practices remain compliant and competitive.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent CFO position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the construction industry.
3. Proven experience in strategic planning and financial analysis, including proficiency in financial reporting, construction, and supply.
4. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial managers.
6. A deep understanding of financial trends and regulations in the construction industry.
7. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
9. Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
