We are seeking a CFO or Controller who has experience working for a large privately-owned company. This opportunity is the perfect fit for someone looking to relocate and settle into the "mountain life." He or she will have experience with the preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements, managerial reports, risk management, cash management, annual audit preparation, fixed asset accounting, tax compliance, and similar responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have construction experience (preferred but not required) and will know job costing, plant costing, and equipment costing.

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, MBA degree, or equivalent education is required. CPA or other professional certifications are preferred but not required. Experience with general ledger accounting software systems and strong Excel and IT skills are required. Construction accounting experience is a huge plus!
