Job Title: CAD Technician - Water Resources Engineering

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CAD Technician to join our dynamic team, contributing to innovative water resources engineering projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design and drafting processes, supporting our commitment to excellence in engineering solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to create detailed CAD drawings for water resources projects, including water treatment plants, drainage systems, and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Utilize CAD software to produce accurate and comprehensive technical drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Assist in the development of engineering plans, layouts, and schematics.
• Review and modify drawings based on feedback from engineers and clients.
• Organize and maintain CAD files and project documentation.
• Contribute to the overall success of the engineering team by participating in project meetings and providing valuable insights.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or certification in Computer-Aided Design or related field.
• Proven experience as a CAD Technician, preferably in water resources engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and related design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with engineering standards and practices.
• Enthusiasm for staying current with advancements in CAD technology.
