CA Clarity PPM Technical Consultant - Remote

This unique role requires a dynamic professional who can liaise with clients, modify Jaspersoft reports, build gel scripts using REST API, and bring UX experience to the table. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and solutions using Clarity PPM.
• Modify Jaspersoft reports to meet the specific needs of each project.
• Create and implement gel scripts using REST API to streamline processes and enhance project outcomes.
• Utilize UX experience to improve user interfaces and enhance overall user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of project status, challenges, and solutions.
• Continually update skills and knowledge to stay at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience with Clarity PPM.
• Demonstrated ability to modify Jaspersoft reports.
• Experience in building gel scripts using REST API.
• Strong UX experience, with a focus on improving user interfaces and enhancing user satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively liaise with clients and other stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for delivering clear, concise solutions to complex challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, as well as independently.
