We offer a target schedule of 55 hours during the busy season with 40 hours and below for the nonbusy. Responsibilities:

Lead and expand our advisory business.
Guide and mentor client service professionals for their development.
Craft Business Valuation reports proficiently.
Identify prospective clients, foster relationships, conduct business meetings, understand needs, propose solutions, negotiate terms, and secure profitable advisory projects.
Deliver top-notch services to sophisticated entrepreneurial businesses and their owners.
Grasp valuation drivers and offer guidance to support the growth of companies.
Formulate and execute strategies, advising clients on their implications.
Coach and cultivate other members within the advisory team.
