As a Permanent Business Systems Analyst in the fast-paced technology industry, you will play a key role in driving our company's strategic direction by analyzing and improving our business systems. Responsibilities:

• Analyze, evaluate, and improve business systems and processes to meet the changing needs of the organization.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department to ensure that the business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
• Develop and implement new systems or modify existing ones, ensuring they meet business objectives and are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Utilize SQL for data analysis and report generation to support business decision-making.
• Lead or participate in project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for various projects and proposals.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of business systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in business systems analysis and project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems analysis, project management, SQL, software development, programming, and business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Solid understanding of business processes and system development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
