We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and experienced Business Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. This unique hybrid position will involve working on a mix of business and commercial litigation cases, providing the successful candidate with a diverse and challenging workload. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business and commercial litigation, practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a team of experienced legal professionals, where you will be able to make a significant contribution to our business.

Responsibilities:

1. Representing our clients in a variety of business and commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and revising pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.
3. Conducting depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and conducting trials.
4. Engaging in extensive legal research and analysis of relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles.
5. Collaborating with our team to develop case strategies, and advising clients on legal rights and obligations.
6. Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
7. Participating in business development activities to build relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. License to practice law in the state of CA.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in business and/or commercial litigation.
4. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
5. Exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
10. A commitment to delivering the highest level of client service.
