Join us at our Holiday, FL office as our Business Development Manager, where you'll spearhead our efforts to expand our business, with a particular emphasis on driving sales of DOM products. We're on the lookout for a seasoned, dynamic professional who can seamlessly blend elements of product management and sales specialization. This role demands frequent travel to engage with both potential and established clients, all while fostering robust working relationships with our sales team and management. You'll be our go-to person for overseeing material procurement and maintaining optimal stocking levels across our warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the charge in growing our product markets, placing a strong emphasis on DOM tubing.
Identify, nurture, and successfully close new business prospects.
Cultivate enduring relationships with clients at various organizational levels, both new and existing.
Craft compelling sales proposals tailored to the needs of our clientele.
Innovate and propose solutions that address the unique challenges of our clients.
Keep meticulous records of client interactions, initiating internal actions as needed to resolve any issues.
Monitor daily sales metrics and quotations to stay abreast of performance.
Represent our company at local, regional, and national industry tradeshows.
Collaborate with sales staff and management to align on goals, strategies, and client management approaches.
Provide prompt responses to both internal and external inquiries.
Take charge of overcoming customer challenges and driving growth in targeted markets.
