Business Development Manager

We are a mid-sized real estate firm that's looking to hire a Business Development Manager ASAP!

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven outside sales/business development experience
• Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience strongly preferred
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Proven execution of successful business development strategies to uncover and close new corporate accounts
• Tenacious and skilled at overcoming objections
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Willingness to master and use a CRM, systems, and other sales tools (experience in ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or Zendesk Sell is a plus!)
• Schedule flexibility in order to prioritize and pivot to business and client needs
