Job Details

This position will provide comprehensive transportation solutions for the customers and develop new Domestic, International Ocean and airfreight business within a given territory.

Duties:
➢ Plan weekly sales calls
➢ Create a target sales list
➢ Solicit new business opportunities and maintain current business
➢ Successfully market our transportation services as well as our warehousing and distribution services.
➢ Increase revenues
➢ Improve profitability
➢ Assist with Requests for Proposal(RFP's)
➢ Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)for customer instructions
➢ Identify new business opportunities within a specified territory by cold calling
➢ Follow up on all sales leads
➢ Participate with pricing analysis

QUALIFICATIONS:
➢ Minimum of 3-5 years of international or global freight forwarding sales or industry-related experience.
➢ Strong experience in transportation industry/sales (Hunter)

Benefits: Remote but must reside within the territory; 90% travel within territory; monthly car allowance provided
