Our organization is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and driven individual to join our team in Business Development - IT Infrastructure Services. This role is an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing relationships with Fortune 2000 companies to offer innovative IT solutions and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, IT infrastructure, business development, and solutions selling. This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base and ensure a strong presence in the market.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partner with potential clients, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide tailored IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to identify potential areas of growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies and materials to promote our IT infrastructure services.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing our services and solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide detailed reports on revenue, sales, and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, IT infrastructure, business development, or solutions selling.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure services and solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify market trends and business opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong drive for success and a passion for sales and technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome challenges and obstacles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
