We are looking for a motivated and highly skilled Permanent Building Systems Technology Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and has a passion for technology and engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing design solutions for a wide variety of building systems technologies. This includes, but is not limited to, Information Communication Technology Systems, Audio Systems, Video Systems, CCTV Design, Network Infrastructure, Telecommunication Systems, Phone Systems, and Building Technology Design.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Building Systems Technology Designer, you will be responsible for a broad range of duties including:

1. Designing, planning, and executing complex building systems technology projects from conception to completion.
2. Performing load calculations and creating detailed design specifications using AutoCAD 3D and Revit.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology systems into architectural designs.
4. Conducting research on the latest technology trends and innovations in the engineering industry to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and compliant with industry standards.
5. Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for building technology systems.
6. Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
7. Ensuring all designs meet safety standards, building codes, and client requirements.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on building systems technology design.
2. Proficiency in Information Communication Technology Systems, Audio Systems, Video Systems, CCTV Design, Network Infrastructure, Telecommunication Systems, Phone Systems, and Building Technology Design.
3. Strong skills in load calculations, AutoCAD 3D, and Revit.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
6. A creative mind with a passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
7. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Plus, not a requirement)
