As a Permanent Boiler Operator, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities that are crucial to our manufacturing operations. These include:
1. Operating and maintaining boiler systems efficiently.
2. Performing routine checks and inspections to ensure that the boiler systems are functioning optimally.
3. Identifying and troubleshooting any issues or malfunctions in the boiler systems.
4. Carrying out necessary repairs and replacements to keep the boiler systems in perfect working condition.
5. Keeping a detailed record of the boiler operations, including any repairs, replacements, or maintenance activities.
6. Adhering to all safety regulations and standards while carrying out boiler operations.
7. Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
8. Providing training and guidance to junior team members on boiler operations and maintenance.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in boiler operations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in boiler systems.
3. Extensive knowledge of and experience with equipment maintenance.
4. A valid Class B license.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
7. A commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and standards.
8. Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and working in different conditions.
