We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent BIM (Building Information Modeling) Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the most innovative and exciting projects in the engineering industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Data Center Design and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and a proven track record of successfully managing BIM processes and teams.

Responsibilities

As our BIM Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Leading and managing the BIM team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
2. Developing and implementing BIM standards, protocols, and procedures across the organization.
3. Collaborating with project teams to develop and execute BIM plans.
4. Overseeing the creation of BIM models, ensuring they meet the required standards and are completed within the project timeline.
5. Training and mentoring staff on BIM processes, tools, and software.
6. Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure BIM deliverables are met.
7. Managing the integration of BIM technology with other systems and applications.
8. Continually reviewing and updating BIM protocols to keep up with industry advancements.
9. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for BIM software and hardware.
10. Ensuring that all BIM models and drawings are accurate, complete, and compliant with industry and company standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a BIM management role, preferably within the engineering industry.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience with Data Center Design and MEP.
4. Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Solibri.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
7. A strong understanding of construction processes, standards, and codes.
8. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. A commitment to continuous learning and development in BIM technologies and processes.
10. Professional certifications in BIM management or related fields will be an added advantage.
