Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Collaborate with fellow revenue cycle management colleagues to evaluate and refine billing, collections, and cash application procedures, ensuring alignment with client contract terms.
- Foster collaboration with account executive, industry relations, and rebate teams to accurately communicate fee adjustments, billing details, collection efforts, and rebate disbursements to clients promptly.
- Document billing and collection policies and procedures for clarity and consistency.
- Address billing and collection challenges promptly, ensuring client satisfaction remains high.
- Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Aid in the adoption and upkeep of advanced billing technology and processes.
- Work alongside accounting and revenue cycle management teams to compile monthly and quarterly metrics such as AR reconciliation, AR aging trends, and Allowance for Doubtful Accounts.
- Responsively handle billing and collection concerns from stakeholders, prioritizing client and organizational interests.
- Assist treasury and FP&A departments in formulating accurate cash flow forecasts and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 3+ years of relevant billing and collections experience
- Automated billing software experience
