Job Details:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who can efficiently monitor, test, and inspect products to ensure they meet our high standards and comply with all relevant regulations. This position is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is fluent in both English and Spanish and has a strong background in quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist, you will:

1. Ensure all products meet the quality standards and requirements set by our company and regulatory bodies.
2. Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process to identify potential areas of improvement.
3. Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement quality control procedures and policies.
4. Provide training to staff on quality control procedures and standards.
5. Manage and execute the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) plan.
6. Ensure compliance with USDA-FSIS (United States Department of Agriculture - Food Safety and Inspection Service) regulations.
7. Investigate and resolve any issues or complaints related to product quality.
8. Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities.
9. Act as a liaison with external auditors and inspectors, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and available for review.
10. Continually review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect current practices.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist position, you must possess the following:

1. Fluent in English and Spanish – both written and spoken.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance in the manufacturing industry.
3. Certification in HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
4. Solid knowledge and understanding of USDA-FSIS regulations.
5. Proven experience in developing and implementing SOPs.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and quality control software.
10. A degree in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
