Job Details:

We are seeking a Permanent BI Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge. They will also play a critical role in planning, developing, executing, and managing our business intelligence roadmap. Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and deploy BI solutions (e.g., reporting tools) to enhance our business operations and decision-making processes.
2. Collaborate with business units to understand and interpret business processes and requirements.
3. Participate in full lifecycle implementations, ensuring that all aspects of the new application, including quality assurance and testing, are completed successfully.
4. Mitigate project risks by identifying potential issues and devising and implementing effective solutions.
5. Provide ongoing support to end-users, answering queries, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
6. Build demonstration scenarios and prototypes to help the team understand proposed solutions and potential business benefits.
7. Develop and update technical documentation related to business intelligence processes, data architecture, and training materials.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that our business intelligence capabilities are cutting-edge and effective.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a BI Data Analyst or in a similar role.
2. Hands-on experience with building reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Power BI.
3. Solid understanding of and experience with business processes and requirements.
4. Proficiency in full lifecycle implementations, including quality assurance and testing of new applications.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable way.
7. Ability to build demonstration scenarios and prototypes.
8. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Knowledge of SQL and other data languages will be advantageous.
10. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
